During the last 8 months, we have been working hard to help Baltic Creative secure new opportunities to expand its portfolio of accommodation for the growth of this important sector in the Liverpool City Region.
Our latest success involves undertaking the business plan and financial case for Baltic Northern Lights, a development which should see the organisation double the amount of floorspace offered to creative businesses.
This allowed Baltic Creative to bid to the Liverpool City Region Investment Fund, which is administered by Social Investment Business.
The proposal was approved in June 2016, and the summer will herald the commencement of construction on site, with completion in 2017.
