We were recently successful in a tender to deliver an evaluation of the Low Carbon Innovation Hub, which is a project led by LJMU and part funded by ERDF.
The project seeks to attract SMEs both within the low carbon sector and in general businesses to develop new low carbon technologies, and mitigate the risks associated with their commercialisation.
This sector has been identified as a key growth sector by policy makers in the City Region, based on its ability to deliver jobs and wealth. Our work mapped the reach of the sector, its growth potential and the contribution of the project to that growth.
