Our work involves assessment of the relevant strengths of sites, their deliverability, yield, market strength, and product. The work will culminate in an assessment of demand.
This commission will consider the role the sites play in driving future growth, and the key instruments which should be put into place to ensure this is secured to capture investment, jobs, and income.
